What we collect
- Checkout details you enter in the cart: name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. When you continue to payment, we save these details with a cart reference and order total as a pre-payment customer lead, even if payment is not completed.
- Payment details you enter with our third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Messages you choose to send us through live chat or email, including your contact details, message content, and conversation metadata. We receive a message only when you send it.
- Usage data from analytics (for example, Google Analytics) such as pages viewed and general device and location signals.
- Local browser storage we use for the shopping cart and saved site-access choice. At checkout, we submit your age and research-use acknowledgement, its version, and the time you accepted it with the order request.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your order.
- To prepare and match a checkout record before payment is completed.
- To respond to questions and returns.
- To respond to a text request you send, such as an order confirmation or stock notice.
- To understand and improve how the site is used.

Who we share it with
Authorized Aion staff can access personal information when they need it to run checkout, fulfill orders, or support customers. We also share information with the service providers needed to run the store, including our customer records and database provider, payment provider, shipping carrier, and analytics providers. If you send us a text, our messaging provider and the carriers involved receive the phone number, message content, and related delivery metadata. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use analytics cookies and local browser storage as described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the cart and saved site-access choice rely on local storage to work.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. If you are a resident of a US state with an applicable privacy law (such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may exercise these rights, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. Data retention and security
We keep checkout leads, order and customer records, and message history only as long as needed to manage the checkout, support customers, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the type of record and why we still need it. When the information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where the law permits. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold.
Age
This site is intended for adults 21 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
