What qualifies
- The item is unopened, with any seal intact.
- The return is requested within the thirty-day window.
- You can provide the order reference so we can locate the purchase.
The thirty-day window runs from the delivery date of your order. For safety and product integrity, opened or partially used vials cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Start a return through our contact page. Include your order reference and the reason for the return, and we will send return instructions.
- Email support@aionlimitless.com to request a return authorization before shipping anything back.
- We will send the return address with your authorization. Returns shipped without one cannot be processed.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
- No restocking fee.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within five to ten business days of our receiving the return.
