Dispatch time
Orders placed before 3 PM CT ship the same day from our Texas warehouse. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Compounds are cold-stored until dispatch.
Transit time
Standard transit inside the continental United States is around two business days once an order leaves the warehouse. Transit time is an estimate provided by the carrier and is not guaranteed; weather and carrier delays can add time.
Shipping cost
Standard domestic shipping is free on every order. We currently offer standard shipping only; any expedited option added later would be quoted at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking is sent to the contact details on the order. If you have not received tracking within one business day of the expected dispatch, contact us through our contact page.
Shipping details
- Orders ship via a trackable US carrier (such as USPS or UPS).
- We currently ship within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
- Signature on delivery is not required.
- If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will file a carrier claim and reship or refund.
- If an order is returned undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship (reship postage is the customer's responsibility) or refund the order minus original shipping.
