the cjc vial had a little scratch on the glass near the base and the klow label was slightly peeling at one corner so i reached out and they sent a fresh klow within three days no questions asked. the cjc was still sealed and fine so i kept it. shipping was quick and the rest of the packaging was solid. would order again but would be nice if the labels were a little more secure
the mt2 vial glass had a small chip on the very bottom edge, not the cap or the seal, just a tiny nick on the base that i noticed when i set it down. i took a pic and texted it to support and they said they would send a replacement mt2 and also threw in a free ghkcu 50mg just for the trouble. the klow was perfect and the shipping was quick. a little annoying with the chip but the way they handled it made it not really a problem at all

The MT2 vial had a very faint yellow tint to the liquid that I wasn't used to seeing. I messaged support and they said it was normal for that batch and sent me a photo from their lab to compare. It looked identical. The KLOW was clear. I was a little hesitant at first but the explanation made sense. Shipping was standard speed.
The KLOW vial arrived in a insulated box with a gel pack that was still frozen. The label was clean and the seal was intact. I didn't have any questions so I didn't contact support. The shipping was fast and the tracking was accurate. Very satisfied.

sent the klow to a lab for a purity check and it came back at 99.7%. the mt2 arrived in the same box, separated by a piece of cardboard. the packaging was sturdy and the labels were clear. i didn't have any questions so i didn't contact support. very satisfied with the quality.
the motsc label was printed like two millimeters off-center toward the bottom which is such a tiny thing but it caught my eye immediately. i almost returned it just for that. the klow was perfect. both vials were in a cardboard mailer with a little desiccant packet tucked in the corner. i sent the klow to a compounding lab up the street and they confirmed the mg count was right. neat operation.
i was confused for a solid ten minutes about what the "no dac" on the label actually meant. went to their site and there is like a two paragraph explainer under the product page that walks through the difference. read it, made sense, moved on. both vials were in good shape, caps solid, no discoloration. glad they actually explain the stuff instead of assuming you know.
the insert card inside the box had the wrong street address for their warehouse. like a whole different city. it was printed, not handwritten, so it was a batch error on the card stock. i thought twice about whether it was really from them but the vials matched the order and the lot numbers were on the site. called to confirm, was a known typo on that run of cards. otherwise a clean order.
sent both to a lab. pt141 came back at 99.1%, klow at 98.6%. both within their stated ranges. the lab rep actually commented that the klow had a tighter impurity profile than some others they had tested from the same category. not saying it is the best, just that it was solid. the vials arrived in a single rigid mailer with no shifting. good.

box showed up at the front desk of my office building around 11am.forgot about it until i saw the notification at 2:40. walked down there, it was sitting in a bin with like thirty other packages. no identifying info on the front of the box besides the tracking barcode so i just matched the tracking number from the text i got. three vials inside, all in good shape. the tesa cap was a little stiff to unscrew first time but that is probably just the seal not a defect. no leaks, no discoloration, labels were all readable. support not needed, tracking was accurate, delivery was next day. fine.

i want to talk for a second about the return address font on the shipping label because it is the regular courier template, the kind where the sender address is in that tiny 8-point font at the bottom left corner and if your shipping label printer is a little off it will trim the last two characters off the street number. mine was not off, the address printed full and clean. i am just saying it is a tight margin on that label and the return address sits exactly where the signature line on the underlying courier form would be if you were handwriting it. i peeled the sticker off the box and flipped it over to read the weight, 3.2 lbs, which checks out for two rigid tubes plus a cold pack plus the cardboard. the cjc was in its usual sleeve, the klow was in a slightly wider tube because the klow fill is higher volume. both came in cold, both had the standard crimp seals, and the batch registry on their site showed both lots as in-rotation. i set them in the pharmacy drawer at home and closed the lid and did not think about them for the rest of the day. that is the review. the return address font was fine. the products were fine. i am done

The order was processed same-day and departed the warehouse within four hours of checkout. Transit to the receiving dock in Madison took fifty-two hours. Both vials arrived in rigid single-wall cardboard tubes nested in a corrugated mailer with a desiccant packet and a freeze-indicating strip along the interior top seam. The freeze indicator remained solid blue, confirming no thermal excursion above the threshold. The Epitalon vial was assessed at 99.2% assay upon receipt, referencing the lot number printed on the lower label. The KLOW vial presented no visible particulate and the cap crimp was unbroken. Both products were logged into the facility receiving manifest the same afternoon and remain in controlled storage. No defects, no shipping damage, no administrative discrepancy between the order form, the invoice, and the physical contents. two tubes in a small flat box, no rattle, no shift. arrived in a day and a half. both cold. the klow was in a wider tube and the tb500 was in the standard narrow one, the tray held them flat and square. no notes.
ordered on a sunday night, tracked as shipped monday morning. the tracking number was created in a different carrier system than the one they use for same day dispatch, which means the initial tracking number was generated by an EDI feed before the label printed. the visible number on the box was a different format, a fourteen digit with a country code, the others i have had from them are twelve digit US only. i thought the ordering system had mixed up a region so i called support on tuesday afternoon. the rep said it was a routine routing switch to a sort hub in jacksonville for inbounds to the southeast corridor and it would hand off to the standard route within a day. it did. by wednesday the number converted to the standard twelve digit and the box scanned at the next depot. all four vials were in shape, all four cold, the nad was the 500mg in its tall tube, the bpc was the 20 standard, the epitalon and the klow were each in the correct tube size. i have had four piece shipments from them before and this was the first time a reroute code came through. took two days instead of one but nothing else happened. so. the tracking number was confusing for a day but the four vials were correct and the box was fine.
