got a duplicate confirmation email, two of them, three minutes apart, same order, same tracking number. the second one arrived after i had already clicked confirm and gone to the next tab so it just sat in my inbox for a day and i forgot about it until i was cleaning up my folder. not a problem with the product or the delivery, just the email system ran the confirm script twice. the vials both arrived in one day, sealed, labels fine, tubes straight. i mentioned the duplicate to support because i thought maybe my card would get charged twice and the rep checked and said one charge, two emails, and it was a known thing from a maintenance window they ran the tuesday before. so. two emails instead of one and my card was fine. that is it.

four items on a wednesday, box at my door thursday evening. one box, not four separate mailers, which is what i prefer. the bpc and the reta were in their standard tubes, the motsc was in the same tube, and the nad+ was in the taller 500mg tube. i put all four in a flat box and there was maybe an inch of leftover space on one side. the tape seam ran the full length of the top flap and there was a pull tab at the back. opened it on the kitchen counter under the task lighting and went through each one in order. all four were cold, all four had factory crimped caps, all four labels were printed clean and the batch registry on their site matched each lot i keyed in. i took a photo of all four lying flat on a white tile for my personal records and closed the box. nothing shifted during the drive from the door to the house. the flat box was light, i would guess three and a half to four pounds with the cold pack. standard four piece shipment, standard one day and a half from their warehouse to a route that heads north. i did not need to call anyone. i did not need to verify anything. the count was right and the items were right. that is it.
i am going to say this once. i received this order and the vinyl sealing strip on the top of the cold pack had been pulled away from the package by a loose thread in my garage shelving, the kind where a rusted rack wire bends down and the plastic edge gets caught. the cold pack was not torn, it had just stuck to the wire and when i pulled the box free the plastic sheet came with the pack, not with the box. i put the box back on the shelf and the pack sat under the wire for about an hour. i came back, peeled it free, put it back in the box, reseated the top foam panel. the three vials did not warm up any measurable amount in that hour, it was winter and the garage was around forty five. the cjc, the reta, and the motsc were all still cold when i finished. no actual problem, just an extra two minutes of fiddling in the cold because my garage is not a great receiving space. i would not file this with the vendor, it is my rack and my wire and my garage. the products were fine. that is all. i am sorry you are hearing about a bent rusted garage wire.
