my credit card got charged $47 more than what the invoice said i should owe and i had to dig through three emails to figure out where the discrepancy was. turned out they applied a coupon to the invoice but the payment gateway still ran the full amount. support fixed it in like an hour and the refund hit two business days later. the products themselves were solid, no issues with the vials or the shipping. just annoying that i had to chase the money.
the vial cap was orange this time and on my last order it was white. i was like... is this a different product? messaged support and they said they switched cap colors across the whole line in june and it has no bearing on contents. fair enough. i just wish they had an update note on the site about it because i nearly sent the thing back before even checking. product itself looked identical to last time.
sent both to a lab. pt141 came back at 99.1%, klow at 98.6%. both within their stated ranges. the lab rep actually commented that the klow had a tighter impurity profile than some others they had tested from the same category. not saying it is the best, just that it was solid. the vials arrived in a single rigid mailer with no shifting. good.
box showed up at the front desk of my office building around 11am.forgot about it until i saw the notification at 2:40. walked down there, it was sitting in a bin with like thirty other packages. no identifying info on the front of the box besides the tracking barcode so i just matched the tracking number from the text i got. three vials inside, all in good shape. the tesa cap was a little stiff to unscrew first time but that is probably just the seal not a defect. no leaks, no discoloration, labels were all readable. support not needed, tracking was accurate, delivery was next day. fine.
the product page on their site said exp dec 2027 but when i called to confirm (i am just cautious like that for this kind of product) the rep read me the actual exp off the vial and it was dec 2026 so they had a typo on the webpage. not the physical product, just the website text. i did not mention it to them because it felt minor and they answered my question about the exp fast and were polite. the vial itself was fine, cold, sealed, label on the glass was correct. just a little annoying that i had to phone in to verify instead of just trusting the page. next time i will screenshot the page before ordering.

the tracking text said "delivery exception" at 11am on the scheduled day and i was not home until 3. i assumed it was a time code or a doorbell camera issue. it hit the dock at the co-op at 11:47am, before the 3pm window, and the receiving staff bagged it and put it in the secured room until i picked it up at 4. no one had moved it, no sun exposure, the cold pack was still rigid. the exception code was just the initial carrier scan coming through before the local depot had a sorted delivery group assigned. epitalon and pt141 both in clean tubes, both sealed, both cold. i checked the tray against the order on my phone and the counts matched. oh well, one of those false exception codes that just adds a little minute of worry. nothing to do.
