the mt2 vial glass had a small chip on the very bottom edge, not the cap or the seal, just a tiny nick on the base that i noticed when i set it down. i took a pic and texted it to support and they said they would send a replacement mt2 and also threw in a free ghkcu 50mg just for the trouble. the klow was perfect and the shipping was quick. a little annoying with the chip but the way they handled it made it not really a problem at all

it hit the door at 7:15 in the morning which was good because i was already up and by the porch. three vials all in there, i counted them twice because the box looked thin for three items. the cjc tube was in a cardboard sleeve and the other two were just loose but the box was small enough that nothing rattled. all caps were pressed tight and the lot numbers were visible without me squinting. no notes, nothing to say, it was just a clean delivery on a thursday morning and i was done with it in about ninety seconds.
i am not going to lie i stood in my kitchen holding the box for like four minutes before i opened it just looking at the tape. it was one of those long straight runs of packing tape, maybe fifteen inches across the top seam, and it was laid down at a very slight diagonal like maybe fifteen degrees off true. not enough that the box would open on its own but enough that if you set it down with your palm flat on the top you could feel the tension line running from corner to corner. i am sure this is normal for whatever tape applicator they use in the warehouse. i opened the top and all three vials were in rigid tubes laid side by side with a thin strip of foam between each one. the epitalon was on the left, mt2 in the middle, reta on the right. all caps were factory crimped, all labels were printed straight and legible. i shook the box once after i had them out and the tubes did not move because the inner tray had little divots for each one. there was a single cold pack in the back of the box, squarish, and it had condensed water on the outside which means it was frozen or near frozen when the box was sealed. the arrival time was 1:58pm on a tuesday and i had ordered on a sunday at about 9am so maybe seventy three hours door to door from philadelphia to lancaster which is nothing, that is like same region basically. the heavy thing is the tape angle and i keep coming back to it. it is a fifteen inch strip of amber packing tape on a 10x8x4 box and it is at a fifteen degree angle and i noticed it. and now you know about it. whatever. the products are fine.
i am going to get this over with quickly. three items, all present, all in tubes, all cold. the mt2 tube had a small gap at the top where the plastic film liner was not heat sealed all the way around, maybe an eighth of an inch. i check these every time because a torn liner means air gets to the cap and the cap integrity matters over time. i felt around the gap, the seal was holding, no air movement, the vial was not exposed. i called support on the first day just to flag it for their qc notes and they thanked me and said they would run that liner supplier through a calibration check. nothing i needed to do, no return, no replacement. the other two were perfect. so. the mt2 liner had a small gap and they let me know they would look at it. that is the whole review and i am not going to pad it.
